About the event
A Note about Reservations:
The intent of our reservation system is to distribute guests more evenly throughout the entire evening. Should your reservation list increase by 1-2 people between now and the event, there is no need to make another reservation for them. Should your number increase beyond 2, please make an additional reservation; however, we cannot guarantee they will be able to receive the same time slot as your first reservation. Please do not inflate your ticket reservations beyond what you will use. This would hinder others from being able to enjoy the Live Nativity. There will be people arriving without reservations, and they will be directed to the WALK-UPS line and welcomed when there is room. (Reservations will make up 90% of our capacity so walk-up guests won’t be waiting for too long.)
It is best to arrive on site 5-10 minutes before your time slot so you can have everything ready to walk up to the gate on time. Please do not come to the gate more than a few minutes before your time slot. Thank you!
